Absolutely! If you have a favourite therapist, you’re welcome to request them when making your booking. Availability can vary, so we encourage booking ahead to secure your preference. If no preference is indicated, we’ll match you with one of our skilled therapists, regardless of gender.

We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, especially during weekends or peak seasons. However, we do welcome last-minute bookings if we have availability — feel free to check online or give us a call.

Yes, we do — although availability cannot be guaranteed. We recommend booking ahead where possible to avoid disappointment.

Yes, we offer gift vouchers for all our massage services, available in three formats: physical, digital, and cash vouchers.

• Physical vouchers: These can be purchased in person at any of our studios or online. Beautifully presented, they make for an elegant and tangible gift.

• Digital vouchers: Our digital vouchers are available for purchase on our website, making them an ideal last-minute gift. They’re delivered instantly via email, so you can surprise someone special right away! Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see them in your inbox. You’ll receive two emails: the first confirms your purchase, and the second contains the voucher code.

• Cash vouchers: A flexible option where the purchaser can choose the dollar value, allowing the recipient to select their preferred treatment or service.

Vouchers are a thoughtful and versatile gift for any occasion, perfect for showing your loved ones you care!

• Expired Vouchers: If your voucher has expired, please give us a call!

• Lost Vouchers: Misplaced your voucher? No problem! Contact us, and we’ll try to assist in retrieving your details.

• Appointment Details: Vouchers are valid for one appointment only. If you’d like to extend your session or choose a different treatment, we can arrange that for you—just give us a call. Please note, there may be a small difference to pay for adjustments.

We encourage you to wear comfortable, relaxed clothing to help you ease into your experience from the moment you arrive. For most massages, you’ll remain in your underwear however, for Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, we provide a comfortable, stretchy set of clothing for you to change into and wear throughout your session.

Yes — all of our studios have convenient parking options nearby:

- Mount Maunganui: Free public street parking (some timed spaces).

- Bethlehem: Free off-street parking at the front of the studio.

- Tauranga CBD: Enjoy complimentary parking in the Elizabeth Street Carpark for the duration of your massage. Simply register your vehicle on the iPad at reception upon arrival. Before you leave the parking building, please check the parking machine for any remaining balance to ensure a smooth exit.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Afterpay or other payment plans. All payments are required in full at the time of your appointment or purchase.

Your Safety is Our Priority. We offer pregnancy massage services designed to provide relief and relaxation during this special time, and we’re also able to support clients with various health conditions. If you’re pregnant or managing a major health concern (such as cancer, surgery, injury, or heart issues), please let your therapist know before your massage begins.

While we understand the need for relief — especially with lower back or foot pain — some massage techniques may not be suitable in certain cases. Our therapists are trained in safe, supportive techniques to help ease discomfort and improve your overall well-being.

Absolutely! Couples massages are a fantastic way to share a relaxing and restorative experience. Our skilled therapists tailor the session to suit each individual.

• Online Bookings: When booking a couples massage online, you’ll be matched with available therapists. If you have specific preferences, please call the studio directly.

• Room Preferences: Couples massages are held in the same room. If you’d prefer separate rooms, please make individual bookings.

• Group Bookings & Busy Periods: For group bookings or during busy times, we may require a deposit of 50% or more to secure your appointment.

Yes, we can provide massages for children who are comfortable lying on the massage bed. If your child prefers, they can also receive their massage together with a parent in the room for added comfort and reassurance.

Yes! We stock a selection of massage balms, wheat bags, pillow sprays, herbal teas and more, to help you continue your relaxation and recovery at home. These thoughtfully curated items are perfect for extending the benefits of your massage.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking, but we appreciate timely notice if you need to cancel your booking.

• Late Cancellation Fees:

  • 50% of session cost:

    • Less than 4 business hours for 1-2 people.

    • Less than 12 business hours for 3-6 people.

    • Less than 24 business hours for 6+ people.

  • 100% of session cost:

    • Cancellations with less than 2 business hours' notice or no-shows.

Thai Touch has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment. Our therapists are professionals, and we ensure a safe, respectful environment for both clients and staff. Any behaviour that makes our therapists feel uncomfortable, including inappropriate or disrespectful conduct, will result in the immediate termination of the session and may involve legal action.
