By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Privacy

Your privacy and that of other users of the Site is important to us. Thai Touch collects and stores personal information provided by you for the purposes of processing orders, delivering services, improving our offerings, and communicating with you.

Information may be collected directly or via first- or third-party cookies. Third-party service providers (including payment processors and marketing platforms) may have access to limited information as required to perform their services.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Your Orders

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Massage services are delivered at Thai Touch studios located in Tauranga, New Zealand, including:

• Bethlehem Studio – R222 State Highway 2, Bethlehem

• Mount Maunganui Studio – 12A Prince Avenue, Mount Maunganui

• Tauranga CBD Studio – 64A Elizabeth Street, Tauranga

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at team@thaitouch.co.nz.

Thai Touch reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent delivery of a purchased service, we may offer a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.

Vouchers – General Terms

Voucher Validity

All Thai Touch vouchers, including standard vouchers, promotional vouchers, and Loyalty Packs, are subject to New Zealand consumer law.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• All vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase

• During the first 12 months, vouchers may be redeemed for the specific service(s) purchased, subject to availability and booking conditions

• After 12 months, any unused voucher value may be redeemed as credit towards other Thai Touch services, add-ons, or retail purchases

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law

Standard & Promotional Vouchers

Standard (non-discounted) vouchers:

• May be redeemed for the purchased service(s) for the first 12 months

• Thereafter may be used as credit towards other Thai Touch offerings until expiry at 36 months

Promotional (discounted) vouchers:

• May include additional conditions relating to service type, availability, or booking windows

• Remain redeemable for their monetary value for up to 36 months from purchase

All vouchers:

• Are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law

• May be transferred to another person unless expressly stated otherwise

• Are not eligible for cash-back

• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated

• Must be presented (voucher number or code) at the time of booking

Loyalty Packs – Additional Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to Thai Touch Loyalty Packs and operate in addition to the general Terms & Conditions above.

Nature of Loyalty Packs

Loyalty Packs are a limited offering designed for regular Thai Touch guests. Although presented as a “pack”, Loyalty Packs are treated as vouchers for regulatory purposes.

Thai Touch reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Loyalty Pack programme at any time.

Eligibility & Use

• Loyalty Packs are issued to an individual guest and are for personal use only

• Only one active Loyalty Pack per person may be held at any time

• Loyalty Packs are non-transferable and not shareable

• Proof of identity may be requested at the time of redemption

Service Lock-In

Each Loyalty Pack is locked to:

• One service type (Signature or Premium)

• One session duration (e.g. 60 / 90 / 120 minutes)

• One therapist tier (Preferred or Senior)

Loyalty Packs:

• Cannot be used for other services, durations, or therapist tiers

• Cannot be upgraded, split, substituted, or combined

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, voucher, or rebook discount

Value-Adds

Loyalty Packs may include additional value-adds such as:

• Premium upgrades

• Time extensions

• Add-ons

These value-adds:

• Are fixed and non-substitutable

• Must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase

• Expire after 12 months and do not convert to monetary credit

Loyalty Pack Validity

• For the first 12 months, Loyalty Packs may be redeemed for the specific service purchased

• After 12 months, any unused monetary value may be used as credit towards other Thai Touch services, add-ons, or retail purchases

• Loyalty Packs expire 36 months from the date of purchase

• Loyalty Packs are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law

Payments

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and KiwiBank. No credit card details are stored by the Site.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Changes

Thai Touch requires reasonable notice for cancellations or changes to bookings.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of a session or voucher value.

Late cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 50% of session cost for:

  • Less than 4 business hours’ notice (1–2 people)

  • Less than 12 business hours’ notice (3–6 people)

  • Less than 24 business hours’ notice (more than 6 people)

• 100% of session cost for:

  • Cancellations with less than 2 business hours’ notice

  • Failure to attend a booked appointment

For vouchers and Loyalty Packs, forfeiture may include deduction of a session or equivalent value.

Business hours are defined as hours during which Thai Touch studios are open.

Refunds

Vouchers and Loyalty Packs are non-refundable, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused vouchers, or partially redeemed vouchers.

Disclaimer

Except for Couples vouchers, each voucher is to be used by a single person in a single visit. Couples vouchers are for use by two people sharing one massage room in a single visit.

Use of the Site is at your own risk. Thai Touch makes no warranty that the Site will operate without interruption or error.

Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Thai Touch will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or voucher.

Disputes

Any dispute arising between you and Thai Touch shall first be addressed in good faith. If unresolved, the dispute shall be dealt with in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
