Choosing Your Treatment
If you booked online, we’ll confirm your selected massage and preferences. Unsure of which massage suits your needs? Our team will gladly assist you in choosing the perfect treatment. For Aroma Oil Massages, you’ll select your preferred aromatherapy oil before your session begins.
Therapist Introduction
Your therapist will guide you to your treatment room, explain the process, and leave you to prepare. For most massages, you’ll remain in your underwear. For Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, we’ll provide stretchy, comfortable clothing designed for ease of movement.
Your Massage Experience
Each session is personalised to nurture and restore your well-being. Communicate freely with your therapist to ensure the perfect level of pressure and focus.
Aftercare & Recovery
Post-massage, enjoy complimentary Thai herbal tea and Whittaker’s chocolate in our tea room — a perfect way to savour your relaxation.

Is There Parking Available at Your Studios?
Yes, we’ve made parking simple and convenient for all our locations:
Mount Maunganui: Free public street parking nearby (some spaces are timed).
Bethlehem: Free off-street parking directly in front of the studio.
Tauranga CBD: Enjoy complimentary parking in the Elizabeth Street Carpark for the duration of your massage. Simply register your vehicle on the iPad at reception upon arrival. Before you leave, check the parking machine for any remaining balance to ensure a smooth exit.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Booking a few days in advance ensures your preferred time and therapist, especially during weekends or peak seasons. We also accommodate last-minute bookings where possible — check availability online or call us directly.
Do You Accept Walk-Ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome! However, availability isn’t guaranteed, so we recommend booking ahead to secure your session.
Do You Offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers for all our massage services, available in three formats: physical, digital, and cash vouchers.
Physical vouchers: These can be purchased in person at any of our studios or online. Beautifully presented, they make for an elegant and tangible gift.
Digital vouchers: Our digital vouchers are available for purchase on our website, making them an ideal last-minute gift. They’re delivered instantly via email, so you can surprise someone special right away! Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see them in your inbox. You’ll receive two emails: the first confirms your purchase, and the second contains the voucher code.
Cash vouchers: A flexible option where the purchaser can choose the dollar value, allowing the recipient to select their preferred treatment or service.
